We had a great stay at this hotel, despite a delayed ferry crossing. the location was convenient, with a fantastic cafe just opposite the Asda supermarket, and other supermarkets nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. the staff were friendly and helpful, recommending a nearby cafe just a short walk away. we were very pleased with the location, room, and service.

The parking situation was a bit challenging, as there were limited spaces available and some vehicles were too big for the parking bays.

Additionally, the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities provided in our room were satisfactory, with fresh towels and a comfortable bed. Furthermore, the rooms for the kids were actually extremely comfortable as well, ensuring that everyone had a good night's sleep during our visit.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and there was nothing that really stood out as needing improvement.
